Restaurant:
- The hotel restaurant, “The Four Earls”, named in honour of the Earls of Howth who lived in the castle, serves food at prices which many expensive city restaurants would be hard pressed to match. The emphasis is on fresh ingredients, sourced where possibly locally, cooked with imagination and flair.
- The main menu, affords a choice of five or six starters, main courses and desserts. It is changed daily. Fresh fish from nearby Howth Harbour always features but this is not just a restaurant for the fish lover. The view from the terrace out to Ireland’s Eye out over the sea as the sun sets in the west is a rare pleasure.
- With a glass of wine in your hand and a magnificent meal to savour it is doubly so. We have an extensive A La Carte Menu, which changes with the seasons and there is a new Early Bird Menu each week.
- Breakfast served from 7.30 am to 10 am
- Dinner served from 6 pm to 9.30 pm
- Sunday lunch is served in Bar
Bar:
Relax in our friendly bar and enjoy the views over the golf courses and Dublin Bay. The lower bar area is a very popular venue for christenings and family occasions.
Conferences:
- Our main conference room seats over 100 and opens out onto the lawns that merge into the rhododendron gardens. While close to and easily accessible from both Dublin and the airport it is a relaxed rural setting that seems far from the frantic bustle of the city.
- Our Diamond Room is a smaller purpose built facility seating up to 40 in a theatre format. It opens onto a large balcony with views of the rhododendrons and out over Dublin Bay, which allows delegates to take breaks without mixing with the other hotel guests.
