When summer blows one last warm breath across an autumn day, it's time to finish those outdoor chores and have a little fun before winter comes to stay. "Indian summer" is the commonly used meteorological term for abnormally warm weather in mid or late autumn with generally clear skies, sunny, hazy days, and cool nights.

Here at Indian Summer we have tried to frame snatches of it for you. The Bright Staircase at the entrance lights up with light yellow and red colours which gives you an awareness of whats to come ahead. At INDIAN SUMMER, this unique offering will take you, our guest, on a gourmet journey of India's four cuisine regions. The choice of North, South, East and West are yours.

Carom seed flavoured, home made pastry stuffed with mixture of, mashed potato, green peas and dried fruits, then deep-fried and served with various chutneys.

BHUTTEY KI TIKKI €7.50

Patties of corn with mashed potato, infused with fresh Indian herbs, pan-fried.

KADAK SEEKH KEBAB €8.50

Succulent kebab from lean meat of lamb stuffed with assorted peppers and crème cheese, rolled up in crispy home made pastry and deep fried.

Juicy rack of lamb  marinated in fresh ginger and exotic herbs cooked in the clay oven.

ACHARI CHICKEN TIKKA €8.50

Strips of chicken breast in a yoghurt based red marinade with fenugreek leaves and five kinds of pickling spices, cooked in the tandoor.

KASTOORI KEBAB €8.95

Morsels of chicken breast immersed in the creamy marination of roasted gram flour, cream, saffron and Tandoori spices with a predominant flavour of fenugreek. Cooked in the tandoor for perfection.

TANDOORI DUCK SHASLIK €12.50

Darnes of duck breast alternatively layered with shitake mushroom, peppers and onion cooked in charcoal clay oven served  on a bed of mesculan mix.

KESARI JHEENGA  €12.95

Three Jumbo prawns, marinated in hung yoghurt and saffron, with home pounded spices and cooked in tandoor, served with various chutneys.

INDIAN SUMMER CRAB SALAD € 13.50

Panfried cakes of crab on a bed of greens and mesculan leaves, mixed with tangy citrus fruit salsa infused with nigella seeds.

AMRITSARI MACHLI €11.00

Small fillets of Telapia fish smeared with laision of gram flour mixed with carom seeds and fried to a crisp, served with mint chutney.
