Our buildings are produced using a fabricated frame work. All materials are intially shot blasted and primed and once manufactured are finished with a second coating of paint.

Sheeting:

All of our buildings are manufactured using Euroclads 0.7mm box profile pvc coated cladding. Euroclad sheeting is a premium quality product manufactured from galvanised coil to European standards BS en 10147:1992.

The subrate is fe E 320 with hot dipped galvanised coating of 275 grammes per square metre. The subrate is primed and 200 micron of leathergrain embossed plastisol are applied to the external surface. The internal surface is galvanised and coated with a standard alkali grey wash coat.
