The Shaw Group is a department store business operating in 14 locations nationwide.

Our stores retail branded products with a strong focus on customer service. Our line-up of concession partners includes Topman, Principles, Wallis, Dorothy Perkins, Warehouse, Bay, Topshop, Burtons, and Adams Kids, among others.

Founded in 1864, the business remains family-owned to this day. In total, approximately 1,000 people are employed across all of our locations.

The company is currently in a phase of rapid expansion. Recent major projects include:

• Autumn 2003 - Shaws of Wexford was completely rebuilt into a four-storey 50,000 ft.sq. store.
• Spring 2005 - New purpose-built Head Office opened in Portlaoise.
• Summer 2006 - Shaws of Carlow was completely rebuilt into a four-storey 50,000 ft.sq. store.
• Autumn 2006 - Shaws of Castlebar opened, which is the company's first store in Connaught.
• Autumn 2007 - New Drogheda branch opened in the Laurence Town centre.
• Autumn 2008 - Opened our second Mayo store in Ballina.
